We are seeking compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioners (NP) to join our talent network for open opportunities in Mid-Michigan, Eastern Tennessee, Phoenix and Chicago.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and best practices.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Perform minor procedures as needed and within the scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in nursing and healthcare.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of healthcare policies.
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in [state].
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., ANCC, AANP).
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Previous experience in [specific specialty, if applicable] is a plus.
