Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse will provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients. Assess patients' health status and needs before and after surgical procedures. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Monitor patient vitals and report any abnormalities to the appropriate medical personnel. Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery plans. Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols in the pre-op and post-op environment.

Participate in training and continuing education activities to maintain and enhance clinical knowledge. Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and regulations. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and interactions. Support patients in achieving the highest possible level of comfort and safety during their surgical experience. Participate in unit meetings and contribute to the improvement of patient care processes.
