Pediatrix has an exciting opportunity for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join Arizona Neonatology and our growing team of 24 Neonatologists and ultimately 38 NNPs in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

• Work collaboratively with Neonatologists to provide coverage to the delivery service and to care for all infants in the Level III-IV NICUs.
• Cover coverage at three Level III-IV NICUs (soon to expand to six Level II Special Care Nurseries) and two Level IIIa and two Level II nurseries throughout Arizona.
• Work evening shifts alongside a Neonatologist in the Level III-IV NICUs and 24/7 coverage in Level II units with in‑house NNPs. Attend delivery with the Neonatologists.
• Perform a combination of 12‑ and 24‑hour shifts, variable to suit individual needs and unit/team requirements.
• Assist with in‑person availability for emergencies during daily rounds.
• Do not perform transport duties.
• Not accepting Locums or visa candidates.

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
• Arizona Nurse Practitioner license or willingness to obtain one.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• 2+ years of experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (highly preferred).
