** Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
** to join our team in  
** Phoenix, Arizona** . You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive and high-quality care to patients with gastrointestinal disorders.

** Responsibilities*
* + See patients in the outpatient clinic full time Monday-Friday

+ Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to Gastroenterology patients under the supervision and responsibility of a Physician

+ Participate in education development and growth of DHMG Gastroenterology Division

+ Work closely with the administrative and clinical directors for the GI Service Program to ensure quality and regulatory compliance in provision of clinical services

* PA Requirements:

+ Degree as a Physician Assistant (PA-C)

+ Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program

+  
** Demonstrated experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) specifically within Gastroenterology, including but not limited to managing common GI conditions, performing focused physical exams, and ordering/interpreting relevant diagnostics*
* + Must hold and maintain: a.) AZ Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants License, b.) NCCPA - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant.

+ Valid DEA registration.

+ Must meet credentialing criteria for medical staff

NP Requirements:

+ Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)

+ Graduate of accredited program for Nurse Practitioners

+  
** Demonstrated experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) specifically within Gastroenterology, including but not limited to managing common GI conditions, performing focused physical exams, and ordering/interpreting relevant diagnostics*
* + Compact state or Arizona RN license

+ Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license

+ Must hold and maintain National Certificate as a nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations: a.) NP-AACN, b.) NP-AANP,  c.) NP-ANCC

+ Valid DEA registration

+ Must meet credentialing criteria for medical staff

** Pay Range*
* $57.41 - $68.87 /hour
