Schedule
- Candidates must be flexible to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and/or weekends, based on unit needs.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in crisis and inpatient behavioral health to join a mission-driven team in Central City, AZ.
This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are adaptable, clinically strong, and passionate about behavioral health. You will support individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges in both inpatient care and crisis stabilization settings.

Pay Rate: $42–$50/hour (based on experience)
401(k) with Employer Match (100% vested immediately)
Shift Differentials Available
Supplemental Coverage (Hospital Indemnity & Critical Illness)

Key Responsibilities- Provide patient‑centered nursing care in inpatient and crisis behavioral health settings
- Deliver detox services and support crisis stabilization
- Conduct risk assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff
- Accurately document patient care and progress in the EMR
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state (required)
- Current BLS certification (required)
- Experience in crisis and inpatient behavioral health (required)
- Ability to work flexible 12‑hour shifts
- Strong communication, assessment, and de‑escalation skills
- Open to experienced RNs and motivated new graduates with behavioral health interest
