We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas to provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care in patients’ homes. Positions are available as full‑time or part‑time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care across disciplines.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
