A hospital located in north-central Arizona has an opportunity for a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to provide locum tenens coverage.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Daily Volume: 10 admissions
• Patient Population:
  Geriatric
• Duties:
  Managing chronic conditions, preventative care & assessments, medication management, and care coordination
• Support Staff: MA and RN
• EMR:
  Cerner
• Must be board-certified
