- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills when interacting with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
- Engages in effective interprofessional collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
- Manages and monitors patients with chronic disease management
, focusing on prevention, early detection, and long‑term health.
- Completes a Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Holds current Nurse Practitioner certification from a recognized national board.
- Possesses an active, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a relevant specialty.
- Exhibits experience in an outpatient or inpatient setting, managing diverse patient populations.
- Applies advanced knowledge in patient assessment techniques and methodologies.
- Possesses expert ability in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of various health conditions.
- Develops and executes effective treatment planning strategies.
- Understands and applies principles of pharmacology in clinical practice.
- Proficiently exercises judgment in prescribing medication and other treatments.
- Navigates and utilizes Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems efficiently.
