Up to $15,000 bonus based on eligibility.

Coordinates functions and activities related to a single departmental unit. Responsible for clinic unit scheduling, staffing, and development. Acts as liaison to internal and external customers, ensures regulatory compliance, and trains and mentors staff.

• Patient Care – Provide patient care per standards and practices, monitor effectiveness, assign and supervise care by RNs, LPNs, CNAs.
• Employee Development and Management – Staff scheduling, make staffing decisions, orient new hires, coordinate competency checklists.
• Customer Service – Interact with customers, track service performance, take corrective action.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to implement change and assist with departmental budget management.
• Independent decision making in high-stress situations.

• Education – Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Experience – Two years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
• License/Certifications – Registered Nurse in Arizona, CPR, ACLS as applicable. Additional specialty certifications (PALS, ENPC, NRP, etc.) as required per unit.

• BSN.
• Two years supervisory experience in a nursing setting.
• Specialty certification such as PACU ACLS, PALS, etc.
