Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) Vein Specialist
Phoenix, AZ

- Perform minimally invasive vein procedures including Radio frequency Ablation (RFA) and Varithena
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Diagnose and manage chronic venous disease
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, ultrasound technologists, medical assistants, and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Travel between Phoenix‑area clinic locations as needed
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Arizona (or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on vein procedure experience
- Experience performing RFA and Varithena strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced outpatient procedural practice
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Team‑oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- $140,000-$170,000 annual salary
