As an RN Infusion Nurse at Pure Infusion, you will support our doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The position requires you to be comfortable with infusion and working by yourself alongside office staff. You will specialize in the administration of IV therapy treatments for patients with autoimmune disorders.

• Provide direct patient care administering biologics and other infusible or injectables as ordered, and appropriate patient education.
• Start/Discontinue IV for infusion therapies.
• Establish PIV access and access PIV & Ports.
• Medication preparation (mixing) and medication administration.
• Triage infusion patient inquiries.
• Travel to other location(s) on occasion.
• Participate in performance improvement activities for the enhancement of care delivery and continuous quality improvement.
• Adhere to standards of safety and infection control in patient care delivery.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge and compliance with all policies and procedures related to the performance of job duties.

• Minimum 1-2 years nursing experience.
• Comprehensive nursing assessment.
• Excellent patient assessment and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinic operations.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• RN degree, BSN preferred.
• Current nursing license for applicable state.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements.

The pay range for this role is: 40 - 50 USD per hour (Pure Infusion of Desert Ridge)
