Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess and triage patients in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Provide direct clinical care and medication administration as required.
• Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes effectively.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to appropriate clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in patient care.
