ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC seeks a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Laveen, AZ, near Phoenix. The unit is a 16-bed medical surgical telemetry, caring for post‑op patients including appendectomy and cholecystectomy cases.
Shifts are 12 hours (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with every other weekend, some floating, and holiday coverage. Requires 2+ years bedside RN experience, ACLS/BLS, dysrhythmia exam success, and a valid RN license.
