Phoenix Children’s is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Attending to provide overnight clinical leadership in the NICU. This role leads through clinical expertise, mentoring bedside nurses, and advancing evidence-based practice.
Requires BSN or graduate degree, minimum five years of direct bedside RN experience, and national certification within six months. Full‑time, exempt night shift; 10-hour shifts, four days per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM–6:00 AM.
