Banner University Medicine is seeking a dynamic Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix. The ACNP will directly manage cardiac ICU patients in a team focused on growth and career development.
Responsibilities- Manage evening care of cardiac ICU patients.
- Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
- Interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.
- Provide education, consultation, and support research efforts.
- Current ACNP certification.
- Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS credentials.
- Prescribing privileges with a DEA license for controlled substances.
- Experience or new graduates with prior cardiology or critical‑care experience.
- Full‑time, 3‑12 hour shifts per week.
- Night, swing, and weekend shifts required.
