COMFORT CARE HOSPICE INC seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care under the Director of Clinical Services, participating in nursing assessment, care planning, and evaluation of nursing care for individuals or populations.
You will obtain nursing history, perform basic assessments, document vital signs, develop care plans, and coordinate with the health care team while ensuring safety and CDC/OSHA guidelines. Current RN licensure in the state is required.
