Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Job Description:
Resolve Diamondback is looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse who is committed to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

We are currently hiring for:

• 6:30PM - 6:00AM (NOC)

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document resident conditions
• Communicate changes in condition to the clinical team
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support residents and families with compassionate care

• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and resident-focused
• Same day pay available through Tap Check

• Advanced clinical environment serving high acuity residents, including Dialysis, IV therapy, PICC lines, Midlines, Chest Tubes, Bronchoscopies, and drains
• Private resident rooms for a safe and comfortable care setting
