RN Refresher Preceptorship

This opportunity is for RNs enrolled in a Refresher RN program, potentially directed by a Board of Nursing. The preceptorship provides a collaborative learning environment where you will redevelop nursing skills, enhance knowledge, and complete clinical hours required for your Refresher RN program. Clinical hours must be completed per the guidelines of the program in which you are enrolled. The successful candidate will complete precepted shifts in units at Banner Health facilities with clinical support from unit staff and educators.

Unit preferences will be considered as we strive to achieve your career goals. RNs who complete a Refresher Preceptorship may be considered for a transition into Banner Health as a full‑time Registered Nurse in the same facility and unit upon completion of required clinical hours.

• Enrollment in a Refresher RN program with the Board of Nursing
• Current BLS card through the American Heart Association or ability to obtain before program starts
• BSN preferred
• Ideal candidates reside in a state with a Banner Health clinic or facility

This is a non‑benefited, unpaid position.
