RN Infusion Nurse PRN - Desert Ridge

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care administering biologics and other infusible or injectables as ordered, and deliver appropriate patient education.
• Start or discontinue IV for infusion therapies.
• Access PIV & ports.
• Prepare and administer medications (mixing).
• Travel to other locations on occasion.
• Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance care delivery, offering suggestions and assistance toward continuous quality improvement of patient care.
• Adhere to standards of safety and infection control in patient care delivery.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of and comply with all policies and procedures related to job duties.

• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience.
• Excellent patient assessment and interpersonal skills.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinic operations.
• Eagerness to learn and grow with a rapidly expanding organization.
• Ability to collaborate with others and provide outstanding customer service.

• Current nursing license for applicable state.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements.
