Housekeeping

Resolve Diamondback is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Weekend Rotations, some holidays

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Perform routine housekeeping duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and waste removal
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
• Replenish supplies such as linens, towels, and toiletries
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to appropriate departments
• Work collaboratively with nursing and facility staff to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
• Maintain equipment and cleaning tools in good working condition

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, especially in healthcare or skilled nursing
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable and flexible with scheduling
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Fast-paced skilled nursing/healthcare setting
• Team-oriented environment with a focus on resident care and safety

• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Must have a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
• Must have an Active BLS or CPR certification
