Each visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes medication review, history, and a physical assessment with optional tests such as spirometry and diabetic eye exams.
Clinicians document findings via iPad, provide diagnostic and preventive services, and may conduct virtual visits as required. Compliance with all regulations and Signify Health sign‑off is required.
