Clinical Program Manager (Supervisor)

Devereux Arizona’s Community Based Services are designed to provide rapid, intensive, in-home support in the critical days/weeks following a crisis. Services include intensive, one-on-one in-home support, crisis and safety planning, family support and coaching, behavior management, and coordinating with community supports.

• Oversee all therapeutic programming, ensuring clinical services meet the needs of individuals and reflect company best practices.
• Participate in treatment planning, program reviews, team meetings, and support individualized, trauma‑informed interventions.
• Ensure treatment fidelity across specialized programs (e.g., DBT, CSEC, PBIS) and coordinate multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatry and child‑family teams.
• Provide on‑call support and appropriate clinical coverage at all times while delivering high‑quality treatment.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including funding agencies, referral sources, and families.

Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; on‑call hours and evenings/weekends on a rotating schedule required (schedules are subject to change). Must be able to travel within Devereux‑Arizona (Maricopa/Pima Counties) using your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement.

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work
• Associate or Independent license through AZBBHE (required);
  Independent license with current approved clinical supervisor through AZBBHE preferred
• Five (5) years of related experience working with adolescents (required)
• Two (2) years supervisory experience (required)
• Leadership skills to lead a diverse group and problem‑solve effectively
• Proficiency with routine office equipment (copier, computer, printer, fax, etc.) and routine light lifting of 10 lbs. or less

• Attend full‑time new hire orientation Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (paid)
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License and pass DMV 36‑month history check
• Drug test within 24 hrs of offer with negative results
• Pre‑employment physical and job demand assessment
• Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
