As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll play a vital role in delivering personalized care to our residents. This is your opportunity to work in a close-knit environment where your skills and compassion will directly impact the lives of those we serve.

• Provide individualized care with dignity, respect, and professionalism.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies under the guidance of a licensed physician or nurse practitioner.
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient progress, and report any changes promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans.
• Utilize Durable Medical Equipment (DME) as needed to enhance patient care.
• Stay informed on advancements in senior care and internal medicine to support ongoing professional development.

• Current LPN license in the state of Arizona.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and adaptable to a dynamic care environment.

• Fingerprint clearance card.
• Article 9 Training.
• CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Prevention & Support/PROUD Training.
• TB Testing.
