Billet Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in the home. Our Home Health team provides skilled nursing services to geriatric patients throughout a 9-week episode of care, helping patients remain safe and independent in the comfort of their own homes.
As an RN, you will complete comprehensive patient assessments, collaborate closely with our Director of Nursing, and develop individualized plans of care that support the best possible outcomes.

As new patients are admitted, our staffing team will contact you with available visits within your preferred coverage area. You have the flexibility to:
- Accept Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), and Recertification visits.
- Continue following patients you enjoy working with.
- Coordinate visit times directly with your patients.
- Build a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Most skilled nursing visits are completed in approximately 45–60 minutes

Qualifications
- Strong Nursing skills with the ability to perform comprehensive assessments and deliver high-quality clinical care.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine relevant to home health, including common chronic conditions and medications.
- Experience in Home Care settings, with the ability to work independently in residential environments.
- Solid Patient Care skills, including monitoring, comfort measures, and health education.
- Competence in Wound Care, including dressing changes, infection prevention, and healing promotion.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
Advanced certifications are a plus. - Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to safely perform the physical aspects of home health work, including lifting, turning, and transferring patients when needed.
- Previous experience in home health, community health, or geriatric care is preferred.
