Banner Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide 1:1 home health care in the Tucson area. The role is full-time, daytime hours with occasional on-call after hours and weekends on rotation.
You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients in their homes, coordinating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. Minimum qualifications include a current RN license, BLS certification, and willingness to drive to patient homes.
