Acute Dialysis RN

Role: The Acute Registered Nurse provides specialized dialysis care within a hospital setting, supervising patient care staff and ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.

Responsibilities: Administer medications, perform assessments, set up and troubleshoot dialysis machines, and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, promote patient education, and participate in infection control and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards, manage supplies, and support staff development.

Qualifications: Valid RN license, CPR certification, basic computer skills, and preferred nursing experience, especially in dialysis. Ability to communicate effectively, pass color screening, and meet hospital hiring standards is required.
