Pre-Op Department RN Position
Schedule
5:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced RN to join the Pre-Op department. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients preparing for surgery, working effectively within a dynamic healthcare environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Responsibilities- Conduct pre-operative assessments and prepare patients for surgery.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to any changes in condition.
- Administer medications and document patient care accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and surgical teams.
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
- Minimum of 24 months PACU experience within the last 12 months.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from an approved vendor.
- No hits on state license to practice.
- Driver's license to verify residency.
- Travel experience is highly preferred.
