A large, well-established primary care organization is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join its rapidly expanding outpatient network throughout the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area
.

As part of its continued growth, the organization has recently opened 8 brand-new primary care clinics
, creating an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join an established healthcare system while helping build thriving new practices. This position offers exceptional work-life balance, a collaborative clinical environment, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a modern primary care setting with no hospital responsibilities.

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $125,000–$135,000
• Annual Bonus: 8.33% of Base Salary
• Total Annual Compensation:
  Approximately $145,000

• Monday-Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Outpatient-only practice

• Anticipated start based on credentialing timeline of approximately 45-60 days

Practice comprehensive outpatient primary care while building meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients in a collaborative, team-based environment.

• Commercial insurance patients only

• Women’s wellness exams

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Ramp up to approximately 17-21 patients per day

• No inpatient responsibilities

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license or eligible for Arizona licensure
• National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Primary Care experience preferred
• Comfortable treating patients ages 0-65
• Comfortable performing annual wellness and women’s wellness exams
• Spanish bilingual preferred for most clinic locations
