As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality patient care to our residents, delivering personalized and compassionate care in a warm and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients, including assessments, care planning, and implementation
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors

• Current RN license in the state of Arizona
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
