** Job Summary and Responsibilities*
* As a  
** National Nurse Resident** , you'll step into a hands-on, supportive experience designed to help you grow and build confidence from day one. You won't be on your own. You can expect real mentorship, meaningful feedback, and a team invested in your long-term success.

Every day, you'll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that sees each patient as an individual. You'll administer treatments, track vitals, educate patients and families, and play a key role in making sure people feel seen, heard, and cared for.

To succeed in this role, you'll actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Nurse Residency Program designed to support your growth and professional development. With a strong drive to learn and a team-first mindset, you'll continue sharpening your skills while building a meaningful, fulfilling nursing career.

+ You're in patient rooms, quickly rotating between immediate needs and check-ins to provide patient care while being monitored by your preceptor

+ Open to learning more about the business and operational practices in our facility

+ Develop patient advocate skills through observance and practice

+ Build your nursing skills as you learn to put your education into practice with actual patients

* + Associates Of Science Nursing and 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience

+ American Heart Association

+ Basic Life Support - CPR

+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 120 Days
