Banner University Medical Center is seeking a Certified Patient Care Assistant to join our Medical Surgical Bariatrics Neurology unit. As a Bariatric/Endocrine Patient Care Assistant, you’ll support a diverse surgical patient population and gain valuable hands‑on experience. This team fosters strong collaboration, personal growth, and career development with many PCAs going on to become RNs thanks to the supportive environment. This is a full time night shift position working from 7pm-7:30am. Weekend rotations are required. This position offers a flat $1/hour weekend shift differential and an 18% differential for any applicable night shift.

This position provides routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care. This position is responsible for on‑going patient data collection and documentation in the medical records and provides a variety of unit support functions which contribute to the overall efficient operation of the nursing unit/department.
