Copper Sky Hospice is seeking a compassionate per diem Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Phoenix to provide direct patient care under an RN and follow the plan of care, working with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited LVN/LPN program, active LVN license in the state, CPR, and at least three years of nursing experience (hospice preferred). Willingness to travel long distances and reliable vehicle required.
