** About the Position
** As the Nursing House Supervisor, this position provides leadership to multiple correctional health clinics to provide appropriate, world-class patient care to patients going through the judicial system. The Nursing House Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical direction, oversight, and guidance for health assessments, clinical interventions, and more to ensure efficiency at night within our six clinics. The Nursing House Supervisor partners with the clinic’s Nursing Manager for staffing and process improvements.

** We Require
*** Three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or ambulatory care setting
* A valid, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing or issued by another state recognized by the Arizona Board of Nursing as a multi-compact license state
** We Also Value
*** Experience in a correctional setting
* Certified Correctional Health Professional (CCHP)
* Experience serving as a supervisory nurse or in another capacity, assisting in clinical oversight of other nurses or medical staff
** Job Contributions*
* * Oversees 2-6 clinics during night shift and ensures organizational goals and NCCHC standards for patient care are met
* Supervises all workflows at the clinics, including ensuring appropriate staffing and clinic assignments for Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Emergency Medical Technicians.
* In partnership with nursing leadership, communicates and drives operational improvement and change management initiatives within the clinic(s)
* Coaches, mentors, and trains night shift staff
* In conjunction with the Nursing Manager, provides continuous performance management, conducts employee performance evaluations, and addresses performance and/or policy issues by clarifying expectations and providing feedback
