Corrections Registered Nurse Nights
Join our team in Phoenix, AZ, as a Corrections Registered Nurse for night shifts, providing vital healthcare in a correctional facility.
Position Overview:
- Contract:
13 weeks, 36 hours/week (3 x 12-hour shifts) - Shift: Nights, rotating Sunday-Tuesday or Thursday-Saturday
- Overtime:
Available with approval - Floating:
None - Extensions:
Possible - Time Off:
Requests accepted - On-Call:
Not required - Holidays:
Work weekends and 5 holidays/year
Qualifications:
- Certifications:
BLS and First-Aid - Licensure:
Compact or AZ RN License - Experience:
2+ years in specialty, flexible for weekends/holidays
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and nursing interventions
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
- Administer medications and provide health education
- Assist in training new staff
Requirements:
- Valid RN license (AZ or Compact State)
- Current N95 fit testing
- 1+ year relevant experience
