Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse – Triage to provide comprehensive, over-the-phone care to a designated patient population using the Nursing Process and clinical protocols.
You will triage needs, update medical records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while monitoring clinic flow and supporting quality improvement initiatives. A valid RN license and BLS are required;
English/Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.
