ICU Float Nurse
As an ICU Float Nurse on the Resource Team, you will work on all ICU units at Banner University Medical Center. This includes Trauma Surgical ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, Neurological ICU, and Medical-Surgical ICU. You will have the opportunity to participate in our Nursing Clinical Ladder Incentive Program!
Schedule:
Full-time day shift; 3 x 12-hour shifts per week 7:00am-7:30pm. Holiday and weekend availability is required. You will also have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential. As an added bonus, RN's on the Resource Team receive a $3 per hour float incentive on top of base pay.
