Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a medical-surgical/telemetry unit. This role requires a focus on patient care, assessment, and teamwork within an acute care setting.

  Medical-Surgical/Telemetry
• Beds: 16 beds
• Average Cases per Day:
  Varies based on unit needs
• Common Procedures:
  Care of post-surgical patients, including but not limited to appendectomies and cholecystectomies

• Shift
  
  Hours:
  
  7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM
• Weekend Requirement:
  Required to work weekends in rotation with core staff
• Holiday Requirement:
  Yes, assigned either A or B

• Required
  
  Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS
• Education:
  
  BSN preferred but not required
• Dysrhythmia Exam:
  Must pass within two attempts prior to contract signing
• Experience:
  
  Valid nursing license required for submission

• Floating:
  Required to float to similar facilities as needed
• Orientation:
  Floor-specific orientation lasting 2 days
• Charting System:
  Cerner
• Trauma Level: Varies; operated within an acute care setting
