POSITION SUMMARYThe Assistant Chief Nursing Officer serves as a key member of the hospital executive leadership team and strategic partner to the Chief Nursing Officer. The ACNO provides leadership and operational oversight for nursing practice, patient care services, quality outcomes, workforce engagement, and patient experience across the campus.
The successful candidate will be an experienced nurse executive who champions clinical excellence, develops high-performing teams, fosters physician collaboration, and drives organizational performance through accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
The ACNO plays a critical role in achieving organizational goals related to quality, safety, workforce engagement, patient satisfaction, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and financial stewardship.
