DF Booking Recruitment Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our partners growing Home Health Care Team in the Phoenix/North Valley area. Competitive Salary: $75,000 $ 95,000 per year (DOE) Additional Benefits Include:

Deliver home visits in assigned territories (Phoenix & surrounding areas)
Perform admissions, evaluations, recertifications, and individualized care plans
Administer medications, wound care, and treatments
Monitor client health and report changes to supervisors
Ensure accurate documentation via EMR and mobile devices
Coordinate care and maintain strong communication with physicians and families
Provide case management and follow-up support
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience (medical/surgical)
- Prior home health experience preferred (training provided if not)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Strong time management, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with EMR and mobile documentation tools
- Reliable transportation to visit clients across the coverage area
To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong mix of clinical expertise, technical ability, and interpersonal skills, including:
Proficiency in administering medications, wound care, and medical procedures
Ability to conduct accurate patient assessments and implement care plans
Strong understanding of infection control, patient safety, and best nursing practices
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and mobile charting tools
Knowledge of OASIS documentation (preferred but not required)
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently while following care protocols
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for patient care situations
Solid case management and follow-up abilities
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (with patients, families, and care teams)
Adaptability and flexibility in a variety of home health environments
