• Clinical Impact – Manage complex cases at our main campus (80k annual visits) or provide high‑quality care at our suburban urgent cares.
• True Autonomy – Manage your own patient load, from acute illness to procedural care such as abscess drainage and laceration repair, with physician support when needed.
• Flexible Pathways – Choose roles focused solely on Urgent Care or hybrid positions that bridge Urgent Care and lower‑acuity ED shifts.
• Innovation at the Bedside – Work with pediatric‑read radiology and advanced point‑of‑care diagnostics to make fast, accurate clinical decisions.

• Pediatric specialists: NPs or PAs with a heart for kids and a drive for clinical excellence.
• Procedural competence:
  Comfortable with suturing, staples, dermal adhesives, and foreign‑body removals.
• Collaboration:
  
  Value rapport with families and teamwork with our medical staff.

• Urgent Care – Weeknights (5p-Midnight) and Weekends (10a-8p).
• ED – Rotating shifts (Days, Evenings, Overnights) for maximum variety.

• Arizona licensure (or eligibility).
• PALS certification.
• Commitment to patient throughput and experience.

• Conduct comprehensive health history, physical assessments, and develop plans for infants, children and young adults with acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and prescribe pharmacologic and non‑pharmacologic interventions and perform other therapeutic or corrective measures.
• Formulate family‑centered plans of care, document daily care, and coordinate with other team members.
• Collect data and analyze results when necessary.
• Perform advanced procedures as credentialed (e.g., DOP).
• Use evidence‑based practice and adapt plans to family needs and effectiveness.
• Serve as educational resource for patients, families, nursing staff, and provider teams.
• Participate in professional development, maintain competencies, and mentor students and new staff.
• Commit to patient safety, report concerns appropriately, and advocate for practice changes.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as requested.
