We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about improving health outcomes and making a meaningful impact in the community.
Schedule- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- No evenings, weekends, or major holiday clinic hours

- Provide primary care services for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Perform physical exams, preventive screenings, and health assessments
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and disease management
- Deliver compassionate care tailored to the needs of individuals with vision loss and other underserved populations
- Collaborate with behavioral health and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation
- EMR-Next Gen with AI Ambient Assistant
- Current or pending Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
- Family Nurse Practitioner certification
- Three years of primary care experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
