What You'll Do- Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions
- Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education
- Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care
- Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes
- Document visits in Next Gen EMR on a company-issued iPad

What We're Looking For
- Master's degree + completion of an accredited NP program (required)
- Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANP required )
- 2-5 years' experience in podiatry post-training (preferred)
- Long-term care/nursing home experience (preferred)
- BLS certification required ; ACLS preferred
