Mayo Clinic in Phoenix seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager to coordinate patient plans across the continuum of care. Working with an interdisciplinary team, you will ensure appropriate utilization management, care coordination, and timely clinical documentation, within Mayo's nursing model.
This full-time role offers 4x10 hour shifts (0700–1730), weekends on a rotating basis, TN sponsorship eligibility, and a competitive benefits package.
