• Supervises the group home staff assigned to the setting and coordinates the daily activities essential to the completion of the service objectives for the individuals-supported residential setting.
• Mentoring residents related to basic life skills: maintaining households, such as cleaning their home, doing laundry, assisting in meal preparation, shopping, etc
• Ensures a safe environment is maintained by communicating procedures with residents, support coordinators, visitors, andstaff.
• Provides assistance in following special or prescribed diets.
• Assisting in dressing, bathing, and grooming
• Supervising and administration of prescribed medications under the written prescription of a physician.
• Assisting in evaluating the needs of residents with family members, case managers, and others in the resident's support team.
• Provide backup to the Program Director
• Schedule flexibility, some weekends
• Hours are typically Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and will vary depending on need.

• Experience with behavior management
• Current CPR and First Aid
• Current Article 9
• Current Prevention and Support

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Clear driving record that meets our insurance carrier'srequirements
• Drug-free workplace
• Fingerprint clearance and pass a thorough background check
• Computer-savvy (Google Sheets, Documents)
