0700–1900, 0900–2100, 1100–2300, 1300–0100, 1500–0300, 1900–0700 - Primary shifts will be decided during the interview

- Assignment may float between four campuses:
- Main (Phoenix, AZ)
- Arrowhead (Glendale, AZ)
- Avondale (Avondale, AZ)
- East Valley (Gilbert, AZ)
- Assignment may float between four campuses:
- Vaccination & Masking Protocols:
- COVID-19: Recommended, but not required
- Flu: Required October through April (exemption applications must be received and approved prior to starting)
- Unvaccinated staff (Flu or COVID) must sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and mask during the full respiratory virus season
- Experience
Required:- Minimum 2 years of pediatric emergency nursing experience required
- Children’s hospital experience preferred
- Education:
- ADN, BSN, or Diploma Nursing degree
- Licenses
Required:- Active Arizona RN license or Compact state license with multistate privileges (or ability to establish licensure prior to start date)
- Certifications
Required:- BLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
- ENPC & TNCC (Preferred)
