Travel ICU RN jobs in Phoenix, AZ let you deliver critical care to patients in a dynamic intensive care unit at the facility. You will assess patient needs, set realistic outcome goals, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while documenting care in electronic medical records (EMR).Required qualifications include a nursing degree from an accredited school, a current Arizona RN license, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Recent ICU experience is necessary, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

Recommended skills include strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in high-acuity environments.
