Registered Nurse; RN; Cardiac Cath Lab

Role: Provides specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, coordinating patient care, assessing, planning, and delegating to team members. Acts as a supervisor, evaluating nursing practice and ensuring safety protocols are followed. May be required to oversee shifts and supervise healthcare staff.

Responsibilities: Deliver individualized, age-appropriate bedside care based on the nursing process, participate in hourly rounding, and evaluate care quality. Maintain safety standards and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications & Skills: Requires a nursing degree from an accredited school, valid nursing license (preferably BSN), and ACLS/BLS certifications. Preferred candidates have 1+ year of acute care experience in Cath Lab, CVICU, or ICU, or a strong interest in Cardiac Cath Lab. Must possess effective interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and basic computer proficiency. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional pressure.
