Honor Health is seeking a Night shift Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical Unit-3E/W in the Phoenix area. The RN will assess and document patient data, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include developing care plans, evaluating patient progress, and providing patient and family education on treatment and post-discharge needs. BLS and AZ RN licensure are required; BSN preferred for long-term growth.
