Regional Resource Nurse Stabilization Leader

Luminary Hospice is seeking a Regional Resource Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership and short-term operational support across multiple locations. The role stabilizes operations, covers staffing gaps, and ensures high-quality patient care during transitions, growth, or census increases.

This position requires up to 90% travel and deployment where needed. The RN is cross-trained in DCS duties, may assume interim leadership, and collaborates with physicians, staff, and leadership to maintain
