Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Nurse
- Phoenix, AZ. This position involves providing specialized critical care to pediatric patients in a dynamic hospital environment. The role requires collaboration with healthcare teams to deliver tailored nursing care aligned with evidence-based practices, ensuring patient safety and health outcomes.

  Responsible for delivering nursing care to pediatric patients, including those in intensive care settings, across multiple hospital locations.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Current Arizona RN license (or from a compact state with multistate privileges), BLS certification from the American Heart Association, PALS certification from the American Heart Association, Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, minimum of 2 years pediatric critical care experience, and a two-year (Associate Degree in Nursing), four-year (Bachelor of Science in Nursing), or Diploma Nursing degree.
• Schedule:
  
  Rotating shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information:
  The assignment will be in a pediatric critical care setting, with possible floating between CVICU, NICU, and PICU. Start date is 09/28/2026, with end date on 03/29/2027. Only submitted RTO discussed during the interview will be pre-approved.

Cross Country Job . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
